WILLIAMSVILLE MAN FACING METHAMPHETAMINE CHARGEA Williamsville man is facing multiple felony charges following his arrest over the weekend in Butler County.
According to the Highway Patrol, 30 year old Allen Minor was arrested shortly after 1 am Saturday on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Following the arrest, Minor was taken to the Butler County Jail on a 24 hour hold.
TWO STODDARD COUNTY RESIDENTS INJURED AFTER THEIR VEHICLE OVERTURNED NEAR DEXTER Two people were injured over the weekend after their vehicle overturned in Stoddard County.
Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol tell KWOC News that the wreck happened at around 9 am Friday on Highway WW, 4 miles north of Dudley.
The driver, 22 year old Kaylin Craft and a passenger, 33 year old Nathan Kramer, both of Dexter, suffered serious injuries in the wreck and were taken to area hospitals.
COFFEE WITH A COP EVENT SCHEDULED FOR THIS WEEK IN POPLAR BLUFF The Poplar Bluff Police Department will be holding their next coffee with a cop event this week.

ROUTE Z IN STODDARD COUNTY TO BE CLOSED FOR FOUR MONTHS FOR BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT A four month long bridge replacement project to begin today will cause the closure of a Stoddard County road.
Route Z in Stoddard County will be closed between Route VV and County Road 755 as contractor crews replace a bridge.
The road is anticipated to re-open on Tuesday, February 13th.
POPLAR BLUFF WOMAN ARRESTED IN ON A FELONY WARRANT Authorities in Poplar Bluff have arrested a woman on a felony warrant.
Officials with the Poplar Bluff Police Department tell KWOC News that 24 year old Mercedes Patterson, of Poplar Bluff, was recently arrested on a felony warrant for burglary 1st degree and a misdemeanor warrant for stealing.
Patterson’s bond was set at $100,000 and officials say as of this morning remains in jail.
DRIVER EXAMINATION STATIONS ACROSS MISSOURI TO BE CLOSED TODAY State officials say that driver examination stations throughout the state will be closed today.
Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol say that the closures are in observance of Columbus Day.
Normal operations are set to resume on Tuesday.
