MAN CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS BEING SOUGHT IN CONNECTION TO STABBING INVESTIGATION IN POPLAR BLUFF
Authorities in Poplar Bluff are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man in connection to an investigation.
Officials with the Poplar Bluff Police Department tell KWOC News that 45 year old Joseph Rick, of Poplar Bluff, is wanted in connection to a stabbing investigation.
Police say that Rick should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Poplar Bluff Police Department at 573-785-5776.
MISSING DUNKLIN COUNTY WOMAN FOUND IN NORTHEAST ARKANSAS
A missing Dunklin County woman has been found in Northeast Arkansas.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 76 year old Linda Bullock, of Senath, had last been contacted on October 1st. Her vehicle was found abandoned in Clay County on Wednesday and an endangered person advisory was then issued.
According to the Clay County Sheriff Terry Miller, Bullock has been found safe.
Further details were not released.
DEXTER MAN ARRESTED ON KIDNAPPING WARRANT
A Dexter man is in custody this morning on a kidnapping warrant.
Few details about the incident have been released; however the Stoddard County Sheriff’s Department tells KWOC News that 25 year old Matthew Ryan Diamond was recently arrested on a warrant for kidnapping.
Officials say there is no bond and Diamond remained in jail as of this morning.
According to Missouri Case Net, an arraignment for Diamond has been scheduled for this morning in Stoddard County.
TWO ILLINOIS RESIDENTS ARRESTED ON FELONY DRUG CHARGE IN WAYNE COUNTY
Two Illinois residents were taken into custody Wednesday evening in Wayne County on a felony drug charge.
According to authorities, both 21 year old Michael Green, of Carol Stream, and 20 year old Chase Miller, of Springfield, were arrested shortly after 5 pm on three counts of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Both men are also reportedly facing a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
POPLAR BLUFF WOMAN FACING METH AND MARIJUANA CHARGES OUT OF BUTLER COUNTY
Authorities in Butler County have arrested a Poplar Bluff woman on meth and marijuana charges.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 45 year old Mary Brewer was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.
Brewer is also facing a charge of possession of under 10 grams of marijuana.
WOMAN TAKEN INTO CUSTODY IN WAYNE COUNTY ON METH CHARGE
A woman is facing charges following her arrest Wednesday morning in Wayne County.
Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol tell KWOC News that 25 year old Lakeshia Mcadoo, of Greenville, was arrested shortly before noon on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. She is also facing a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Following the arrest, Mcadoo was held at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
SHOULDER REPAIRS SET FOR TODAY IN STODDARD COUNTY
Route N in Stoddard County will be reduced to one lane both today and tomorrow so Missouri Department of Transportation crews can perform shoulder repairs.
According to MoDOT, the work zone is located from Route 60 to Route E.
Work is scheduled to take place from 8 am to 3 pm both days.
